I have a wireless Zaxcom. Do I need a preamp, or I can connect the receiver to my camera?
I have a Canon 5D Mark II. I realize that the AGC is to "limit" (no pun intended). However, do not want a dual system and want the best quality you can get. I also like keep things minimal. I want to know why this particular configuration if a preamplifier me anything, or just leave it for now.
