Why is my video clips play in Windows Movie Maker?

Ah, Windows Movie Maker. I never fail. So here's what happened. Started WMM draft yesterday. I imported video clips from my camera for this project. At that time, the clips to play well when they crept into the timeline. I saved the project for the day. The next day, when I opened the project, WMM could not find any video files. I thought it was only because the camera, which had clips in it, was not connected to the USB port. I connected the camera to find the files. After that, when he played clips of "collection" panel, who played normally. But when dragged to the timeline, for any reason, WMM did not recognize them. I tried deleting and re-import. Once Moreover, he would play the "library" panel, but would not play on the timeline. What's happening? I appreciate your help! I'm a PC and Bill Gates is a dead man.

Never, never, TELL WMM to use files that exist only in a USB device. Download all video clips from the camera the PC hard drive, and put them in his (my) videos folder, FIRST. Then delete the collection that came to your camera directly via USB, and add all the clips in the My Videos folder a new one. Collection and then save the project again, then select "3 the movie. Ends "> Save to my computer:. TIP This is explained fully in line WMM Help Files:
