I just learned about the news they will make a million dollars multicenter study to determine why so many blacks were taken by NY PD do their job over the last 10 years. I could do with a rental car for $ 60 and a video camera after 19 hours and the tape from the local population in action. Make a study of how many police officers were shot by blacks in the same period of time. This statement is in conformity with Yahoo no PC, but does.
Don your question is like asking why so many mechanics have skinned fingers .. I am an engineer and hands are covered with small scars for years .. Simple if so many blacks were not crimes and objectives as they arise would not get shot .. The argument that there are not many black serial killers is a dumb too .. They take on the first murder generally .. Takes the lead to be a true serial killer of success ….. Just over the waste of taxpayer money to study useless ..
