Legality of a surveillance camera in Ohio?
Recently our neighborhood has been to be beaten with auto theft, burglary, vandalism. My street is one of them. I wondered if it was illegal to get one or two surveillance Cameras pointing to where to park the car on the street. Or if someone can tell where to look or call for info, thanks. Also what a Good Camera to do this?
No, not illegal. someone in public has no expectation of privacy. Only make sure the camera is not aimed at someones house windows.
