How can I fix a Sanyo Digital Camera?

Ok, the camera is a VPC-E890 and it was purchased about 2 months … to be accurate, May 27, and the problem is that it does not load and the lens is glued on. It just does not load or activate and ive checked on other websites is not the battery but they say it is. Does anyone know? and thanks!
