What can you do if you received a ticket unfairly? How can you go to court without proof?
I know no one walks around with a video camera attached to their rear view mirror, how am I supposed to take my traffic ticket in court and say I'm in the right and the cop was wrong? Are not what they will expect some sort of proof? What happened, another vehicle that looked like mine has ran a red light just behind me. The cop shot me instead. He said that your front tires should be placed on the line while the light is still yellow, but my vehicle has been fully when it was yellow (not the same for the other guys). Arguing with the cop did not work. He kept asking why he had when he was not, and I found myself with $ 180 ticket. What can I do? SO, the cop who shot me, is the one who told me this rule.
Go to court and fight. If it is a matter of principle, then hire a lawyer to make sure you present your case strongly. Your appearance, to fight and the will to spend more than the fine to you by the traffic ticket could strengthen your case prove that you are innocent and want to clear your name.
