Is it illegal to use a spy camera to record someone without their permission?
I live in Ontario, Canada and I wonder if using a camera spy pen register someone is against the law? "I can take legal action against the person who recorded me without my knowledge?
If this was filmed in a public place than I am pretty sure that there is nothing wrong with that. Depending on the circumstances of that shooting, he did not mention. I hope that there was no no shame in it!
