We have cameras in our house. Are motion sensored and record sound 24 / 7. We have that in our sole property of anyone else. I had installed for the proper protection this. property damage in our neighborhood. It is perfectly legal. Unless your state has a law against that I do not see why it should not be able to monitor their property. Why not call your local police department. to ensure that or better yet with the tax office's general state.
