What is the best Nikon Coolpix Digital camera?
Basicallt, I'm about to get a New Camera, and the type that I have decided is the Coolpix series Nikon, but not so many to choose from, and I really can not decide … Does anyone know the best?
I have two, 8800 and P2. The 8800 has been discontinued but can still be found, and is a fantastic camera – 8 megapixels, shake reduction 10X optical zoom, and an excellent macro capability. It's the closest I can have a Digital Slr without having to change lenses! My P2 is a pocket-sized 5-Megapixel "snapshooter" with 3x zoom lens that I carry in my bag. It is also wireless, and can send photos to my laptop as I have and displays them in a slideshow ongoing, with new each time. Both take excellent quality pictures and video and I'm very happy with both purchases.
