I'm buying a DVR for a CCTV system. How much space do I need to take one month of video at once?
The DVR is recording video from a camera motion activated to monitor the entry / exit of personnel from a building. DVR would contain data for 30 days and would then be stored on tape.
I'm not sure you can do the math, but a hard disk 80 gig held approximately 30 hours of recorded video. Hope this helps.
