I still need a Camcorder?
Ok … I know I've asked for advice, but I can not get answers any decent retailers (rex, Radio Shack, Wal-Mart, etc.) If I get a Mini-Dv Camcorder that records on tape – is there anyway I can watch films other than my TV? The guy at the REX, the only way is to put the tape in the camcorder, then connect it to your TV. Is this true? The answering my earlier question immediately disqualified DVD Camcorders, so if you know something he does not, if Please share -. I'm interested in hard drive of a camera (JVC Everio MG155) as well but do not know if I should go to this or Mini-DV. If Please help – my baby is due anytime now and I do not want to miss a moment! I am looking for a good video and sound quality. Please give as much detail as you can. It's great mini-dv is better, but they are the ways I can read the tapes? i really need to know this before I decide each format
Video quality of miniDV tape is one of the best especially if the intention is to edit the video too, which can be difficult for DVDs. But being a father too, I suppose you'll pretty busy when your toddler is … and you are almost right, hard disk may be the best choice.
