Looking for a digital camera that takes good indoor shots.?
I have a Canon Powershot A90 (I think that's the number). Needed, clear large images, but when shooting inside using the flash and then the issue becomes totally off while the background is produced in the dark. Back to the film Cameras I could buy more high-speed film that it would take brighter pictures even without flash. Is there a Good Digital Camera that can take pictures indoors using available light only? Or one that does not make such harsh contrasts when using the flash?
Many Digital Cameras have this problem. You can open the aperture and Shutter speed slower, but more likely will result in blur (unless you have the camera on a tripod and use a shutter delay) … and use the flash can give the kind of problems you mentioned. If you are using Auto, the camera automatically raise the ISO (the digital equivalent of film speed), resulting in noisy photos. You need a camera that is capable of shooting at high ISO. Most cameras Compact are only able to produce noise free photos about 100 to 200 ISO. However, the Fujifilm Finepix F30 is the exception. You can shoot in low light (ISO 800-1600, handheld, no flash).
