What a good camera that allows you to manually change the ISO, aperture and Shutter speed?
I want a good camera that has a manual that does not break the bank. The most I'll pay is $ 300. I prefer a Small Camera, but this is not a big deal. If you can recommend a camera that would be good or whats a good brand camera for a camera as I want.
