I bought this camera 2 weeks ago. I'm not so happy with it. * The video recordings are good, but I had problems with reflection of the sun or lights at night. * Do not know the shutter speed, but it takes a long time between one image to another (about 6Sec. To take a new photo). * I think is possible that you can use this camera in your pocket jean, because there is a great camera, but definitely not an ultra Compact camera.
