Ideas for Amazing Race with a church youth group?
I am organizing an Amazing Race: Battle of the Church youth groups. We try to involve all the churches in our region. There will be teams of 4 school children and a driver who has vowed to keep silence. Does anyone have any ideas for tasks? Go to McDonalds, for example with a video camera and an adult as they sing I'm a little teapot. We live in a small town about 30,000, but local businesses will sponsor has not been a problem. In addition I have 15 years and the event take place in early October. I'll be busy once school starts so I need answers now!
As it is an event for church youth groups, you should choose events that will enrich and deepen their faith in God rather than go around and make lame jackass "style stunts". Examples if you have local sponsors, have donated things like clothes, socks, hygiene tips and canned food. You then walk groups and make these things up after a short "the Faith and the Challenge Team, "as news bible, archery (1 person must hit the bulls eye or everyone), math problems and stuff like that. little challenges that are simple to make, but encourages teams to work in groups to achieve the goal of finishing. after all world several tasks and gather all the "Price", they all go to local homeless shelter and give. I assure you that your church groups will much of that song, I'm a little teapot.
