Is it legal to place a hidden camera in the workplace without knowing the employees?
one of my co-workers have the feeling that it is a hidden camera somewhere in my workplace (a salon) I have nothing to hide, but I feel a little willies out if he knew someone was watching me all the time … Is it legal in Wisconsin?
provided they are not in an area type bathroom, it should be fine if the employee is concerned about that, must have something to hide and that would be a good thing probably have if you are afraid of any theft and a "salon" I seriously doubt that the owner can afford to have someone monitoring the Cameras in a live – that would have to spend 9 hours a day reviewing the recordings daily
