What is the best compact Digital camera for under $ 150?
I'm looking to get a new Digital Camera but has a limited budget. I do not want to spend over $ 150. I want a camera that is at least 9 or 10 megapixels and can record videos with decent audio. I will be using to make video clips scenes from the concerts and what not. Also the ease of use and durability are important.
