Why streaming video on the video capture program does not match the actual IP camera feed? (Quality – unstable)?
When I look live video on my IP camera (Axis 206), the food is good and there is a delay of almost imperceptible. I can connect to Cameras with the property program (Active Webcam), but the video is extremely agitated, so that at a normal pace, you only catch for 2 or 3 frames. I put the fps on the camera and in the program, at 15-30 fps, but in vain. Do you have any suggestions on settings I could have hurt, or anything else that I could do? Also any, are there other capture programs you recommend: – Holds 25 + cameras – The <$ 150 or so – Is Windows (Server 2003) compatible A little more information about the server and configuration: – Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600 +, 4GB RAM, 1TB of storage space (separate drive with OS) Dual gigabit cards, two lines attached to gigabit (server room of the University)
* Even with your stats 25 + cams Windows can not managing and compressing the image so here's what should happen … you can move the server part of another box, as in real networks server Helix, but 25 is a LOT of webcams that also depends on the detail if the detail is like 800×600 + X 25, it should handle this, but if they are like huge it may moan a little
